Hannes and Stefan Kaserer are our chefs and their cooking is natural, fresh and healthy.
We mainly use local foods at the Stockenbaum Alpine Inn: From the products of our own farm and herbs we've grown ourselves, to local wild game and foods from regional partners we know personally - everything has been awarded the AMA seal of quality. The menu includes traditional delicacies as well as creative dishes from around the world.
For our à la carte guests we recommend making a table reservation by phone.
A good day starts with a healthy breakfast. At the buffet we serve vegetables, delicious ham, sausage and cheese specialties, eggs from happy chickens, home-made spreads and jams, crunchy muesli and cereals, yoghurt and crisp fruit, along with home-baked bread and pastries.
